Shipping policy
We deliver across all governorates in Egypt using trusted courier partners. Below are our delivery timelines, fees, and how to track your order.
1) Shipping options & fees (Egypt)

Standard Delivery (nationwide):

Orders below EGP 1,250 → EGP 70 shipping.

Orders EGP 1,250 and above → Free shipping.

We may ship multi-item orders in more than one parcel at no extra charge.
Shipping fees above match what appears at checkout and in Google Merchant Center.
2) Processing & delivery time

Order confirmation:

COD orders: we place a quick confirmation call/WhatsApp before dispatch.

Prepaid orders: processed after payment confirmation.

Processing time: usually within 24 hours (business days).
-
Transit time: typically 2–5 business days after confirmation.

Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take a little longer.

3) Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an SMS/WhatsApp or email with the tracking link.

4) Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide for eligible orders.

Please have the exact amount ready at delivery.

If the courier can’t reach you, a second attempt will be scheduled. Unsuccessful deliveries may be returned to sender.
5) Address changes & missed deliveries

Need to change your address? Contact us before dispatch and we’ll update it.

After dispatch, rerouting depends on the courier and may extend delivery time.
6) Damaged parcels / items

If a parcel looks damaged or tampered with, please take photos/video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll resolve with a free replacement, exchange, or refund per our Refund & Return Policy.
7) Pre-orders & out-of-stock items

If an item is pre-order/back-order, the product page will show an estimated date.

Orders containing pre-order items ship when all items are available, unless we arrange split shipments.
8) Public holidays & force majeure

Deliveries may be delayed during official holidays, severe weather, or events outside our control. We’ll keep you updated.
