Overview
Welcome to PrimoStore | Kitchen & Bathroom Accessories (“PrimoStore”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this Shopify-powered website and store (the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. By visiting or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Access & Account
You must be 18+ or the age of majority in your country to use the Services. You may be asked to provide information (e.g., email, billing, payment, shipping). You represent that all information is accurate and complete and that you have the right to provide it. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
2) Our Products
We aim to display products accurately, but colors and appearance can vary by device settings. Descriptions, images, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at our discretion and may restrict sales by person, region, or jurisdiction.
3) Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is accepted only after we process payment and send confirmation. Please check your order carefully before submitting; we may not be able to cancel once accepted. If we cancel or change an order, we’ll contact you using the details you provided. Purchases are for personal/household use (not for resale or export). Returns follow our Refund & Return Policy.
4) Prices, Promotions & Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the one shown at checkout when you place the order and in your confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping/handling, customs, and import charges. You agree to keep your payment details up-to-date and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected method for the total shown at checkout.
5) Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For details on zones, fees, and timing, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6) Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping is a flat E£70.00 (deducted from your refund). No restocking fee. For full instructions and exceptions, please read our Refund & Return Policy.
7) Intellectual Property
All content in the Services (trademarks, logos, text, graphics, photos, video, audio, designs, and their arrangement) is owned by PrimoStore or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. No rights are granted except as expressly stated here.
8) Feedback & Reviews
If you submit reviews, ideas, or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use and display it in any medium for any purpose. You confirm you own the Feedback or have rights to share it and that it does not violate others’ rights or applicable laws. We may moderate or remove Feedback at our discretion.
9) Optional Tools
We may offer access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.
10) Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links or embedded features from third parties. We don’t control or endorse third-party sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or policies. Review their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.
11) Relationship with Shopify
PrimoStore is powered by Shopify. Sales are made by PrimoStore, not by Shopify. By using the Services, you acknowledge Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with PrimoStore.
12) Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain data processing is also subject to Shopify’s privacy terms. By using the Services, you consent to those practices, including transfers of your information to other countries as needed to provide the Services.
13) Errors & Omissions
From time to time, information on the Services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies (e.g., pricing, availability, transit times). We may correct or update such information and cancel orders if necessary.
14) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes; to violate others’ rights; to upload malware or harmful code; to scrape, crawl, or spam; to misrepresent your identity; or to interfere with security features. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
15) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, Feedback, Disclaimers, Liability limits, Indemnification).
16) Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated by PrimoStore, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). Your use is at your sole risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers—those limits may not apply to you.
17) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimoStore and our directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility.
18) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrimoStore (and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, contractors, licensors, and service providers) from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
19) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force, and the unenforceable portion will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
20) Waiver & Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with policies posted on the site (including the Privacy, Refund, and Shipping policies), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
21) Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without notice.
22) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Giza, Egypt for any disputes arising from or related to the Services.
23) Changes to These Terms
You can review the latest version of these Terms on this page at any time. We may update them by posting a new version. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
