Ceramic Non-Stick Grill Pan in Green, Heat Resistant Surface

Grilling meat in an ordinary frying pan means it sits in its own fat and steams. What comes out is grey.

What Are the Key Features of This Ceramic Grill Pan That Drains Fat Away From Food?

• Food does not sit in its own liquid: fat and juice move away from the meat, which is why a grill pan browns where a flat pan steams.
• A grilled result on the hob: the same two burners you already cook on, with no charcoal, no barbecue and no oven.
• A release surface means less oil: a brush of it instead of a pool of it, which is most of the reason to choose this over a frying pan.
• Keep metal off the surface: a fork turning kofta ends a ceramic coating, and the coating is the part you paid for. Use wood or silicone.
• Green: this pan comes in one colour only.

Where Can You Use This Ceramic Grill Pan?

• Kofta on a two-burner hob
• Chicken breast
• Halloumi
• Aubergine and pepper for a mezze
• The piece of fish that would fall through the bars of a barbecue

Why Choose a Grill Pan Over an Open Barbecue for Fish and Thin Cuts?

• The fish that falls through the bars: thin fillets and small pieces stay on the pan instead of dropping into the coals.
• Good for more than meat: halloumi, aubergine and pepper come off it for a mezze, on the same burner as the kofta.
