3 L Acrylic Waste Basket with a Swing Lid That Stays Open, 500 g
- Low stock - 1 item left
Every bin in the shop is built for a kitchen. The place you actually want one is beside a desk, where a big bin ends up holding three tissues.
What Are the Key Features of This 3 L Acrylic Bin's Swing Lid That Stays Open?
- 3 L, the smallest bin we stock: beside a desk or in a small bathroom you empty it every day or two anyway, so more litres would only mean rubbish waiting longer.
- Takes a bread bag as a liner: at this size an ordinary bag you already have does the job, so this room stops needing bin bags bought for it.
- The swing lid can be left open: prop it while you clear a drawer or sort paperwork, then let it fall shut and the contents are hidden again.
- Acrylic body: a hard glossy surface that wipes back to a shine instead of scuffing chalky where chair legs and shoes brush past it.
- 500 g: lifted with two fingers and emptied one-handed, which is why a small bin actually gets emptied.
Where Can You Use This Small Acrylic Waste Basket?
- Between the wall and the leg of a desk
- In the corner behind a door
- At the end of a narrow bathroom counter
- In a bedroom, or a hotel room
- Beside an office desk, where a big bin holds three tissues
Why Does Acrylic Stay Glossy When Ordinary Plastic Turns Chalky?
- Acrylic stays glossy where plastic goes chalky: a small bin is always in view, and a cloth brings the shine straight back.
- Skip the liner entirely: 3 L of paper and tissue tips straight into the kitchen bin, so this room never needs a liner.
- A bin for rooms that never had one: 3 L takes so little floor that a bedroom, a home office or a hotel room can each keep their own.

Material & Build
- Acrylic: a hard glossy sheet, the material used for pieces that sit out on show rather than hidden in a cupboard.
- Swing lid that can be left standing open: propped for a long job, then dropped shut.
- Works with or without a liner: an ordinary bread bag fits.
Dimensions
- Capacity: 3 L. The smallest capacity in our whole range of bins.
Colours
- Beige, black and white: three finishes on a piece that stands in the open beside a desk or on a bathroom counter.
Care
- Wipe the acrylic with a damp cloth; it takes the gloss back.
