Bright Green Vegetable Peeler with an Ergonomic Grip Handle

Peelers get lost long before they wear out. One goes into the bin under a fistful of potato skin, or sinks in a sink of cloudy water and stays there until the water goes.

What Are the Key Features of This Bright Green Vegetable Peeler?

• Bright green: it stands out against peel, against a worktop and against washing-up water, so it is hard to lose.
• Peelers get lost: the usual ending is the bin, under a handful of skins nobody looked through, and being visible prevents it.
• A sharp edge keeps the pressure light: a dull peeler makes you press, and pressing takes a thick ribbon of potato off instead of a thin one.
• Stainless steel blade
• Ergonomic grip: shaped so you can pull it towards you with a wet hand without it rolling in your fingers, which is the moment a peeler catches a thumb.

Where Can You Use This Bright Green Peeler?

• Potato and carrot at the prep bowl
• Courgette for mahshi
• Cucumber and apple
• A knob of ginger
• Hanging or lying in the top drawer, where you can actually spot it

Why Choose a Bright Green Peeler Over One That Blends Into the Sink?

• Nothing sharp hiding in the water: a blade you can see in a cloudy sink is a blade your hand does not find by accident.
• The same blade does mahshi and fruit: courgette for mahshi, carrot, cucumber, apple and a knob of ginger all come off with one tool.

Colours

• Bright green: the colour is the working feature of this peeler, so it is easy to spot.

Material & Build

Care

• Wash and dry it after use. A wet blade left in a sink is how peelers get lost and blunted.
